Bajaj Electricals — grievance regarding repair of water heater kol[protected] | |||
My geyser was repaired by your service provider in ist week july (Complaint was raised on june 29th). That time they charged rs.1300. Within 1 month the geyser again started giving problem and i waited for a period of 1 week hoping it will soon be ok.in this time i even didn't run the geyser.in september first week i put up a complaint in the consumer care and after inspection they told me that the same water heater has been damaged and this time the cost would come around rs 1700 (The heater and a iron guard). My question is if the iron rod was really required why didn't they put it in the first time? Was it deliberately done? Who will compensate for my loss? Secondly the spokesperson mrs soma dey didn't pick up the calls when i tried to communicate with her repeatedly. Then she herself called me up one day and tried to convince me that as the gap between the complaints has crossed one month spare part can not be replaced and i have to buy a fresh part again from the service provider to repair my geyser. I didn't expect this kind of poor service from a reputed company like yours. I swear not to buy a bajaj geyser or any electrical goods in future. Was this information helpful? | |||
