Complaint was registered on 8-june-2018 by calling their toll free number[protected]. It has been 7 days and technician has not showed up. I've called back 5 times and every time i call a customer service representative picks up the call and informs me that they have mentioned the issue as high priority and the technician will soon resolve the problem. The product is still under warranty and it expires on 28-june-2018.

Updated by manjunathp I believe company has all the details to contact me because every time I call the customer support number[protected] they ask for my Name, Contact No and Address to verify the customer.
