Had purchased Immersion Water Heater Rod on 13th October 2018 and suddenly from last few days when ever I am switching on the Water Heater the MCB switch gets off automatically. But when I contacted Bajaj Electricals Consumer Care they are not ready to take the Complaint and they are saying that it is as per Company Policy they cannot take the Complaint for Immersion Water Heater Rod and rather saying it would be replaced by the dealer when I am contacting Amazon Customer Care they are saying they require Deny Letter from Bajaj Electricals to do the needful.

Kindly advise what to do.

I purchased induction cooker (shegdi) before 1 month it's pathetic product within months machine crack and not working also dealer she we can't help and service person say crack was not cover in warranty, then where we go can we purchase your product or not .
