Bajaj Electricals — morphy richard food processors issue | |||
I had purchased a morphy richards food processor with the serial number gh[protected] from big bazar, future retail group on 1st january 2017 at the lucknow, uttar pradesh outlet. Ever since i bought the product, there have been consistent issues with it. Right after five days of buying it, i had to get the motor changed. Consequently, i have been complaining to your customer care unit with different issues, every now and then. Your service engineers have visited, that too for only a couple of customer complaints only, for checking and tell me there is no issue with the food processor even though it stinks after usage and also stops working sometimes, all of a sudden. Not only that, But your engineers also do not even give a detailed report as other brand services do. This is nothing but a lack of efficient services. I have been informed that my complaint number is 21763761 but nobody has acted upon it.
