[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — No refund for cancelled order | |||||
An order for air cooler was placed on company site was cancelled due to processing delays at companies end having order number BEL001B0125882 dated 26/03/17 the amount Rs. 4931 paid by IDBI bank debit card After cancellation of order almost two weeks have passed but still no refund is received by me, i have shared my bank statement for same with company but company is insisting that they have initiated refund at their end and has shared a transaction id for same. but they are not believing in customers details and bank statement and are not ready to verify if said refund transaction is failed and weather amount is reverted back. (may be they have credited it to wrong account) It has become a headache for me. Not expecting such thing from company like bajaj Was this information helpful? | |||||
