Bajaj Electricals — pop up toaster

Dear sir / madam
I have purchased pop-up-toaster 3 years ago. From the last few days its pop is not working properly. Generally, the bread is getting burnt even at no 1. After burning the bread then the toast is getting pop up. I have given it to the service center at agra on 20 dec 17. Despite my personal persuasion number of times, service center is not even bothered to open the item and identify the problem. I am planning to buy bajaj water heater, but, now i have to think twice before buying. As the service is very bad here. They are having service center of four companies, namely usha, bajaj, ao smith and maharaja. I think either they are overloaded or expertise is not there at agra. I have informed them if they are unable to correct my defect then return my item. Now, i will get them repaired outside.
