I have purchased Bajaj Calenta 15 Litres geyser recently & booked a registration for free installation. Two service persons came for installation & asked me to register once again saying that the installation time was over, so book another registration saying that I have purchased another geyser of the same model. I did the same thinking that the time exceeded really. And later they charged me Rs.650/- for installing the geyser saying some parts are not provided & that is not their job, it is plumber's work, eventhough they are doing it, when I asked for a bill they said they cannot provide any bill for that as it is not their job. Then what's the purpose of mentioning as free installation?? And those service guys asked me to register again even though I was told it will take 2, 3 days for installation. I think they have done it for their own purpose or benefit or something. I didn't expect this kind of service from a brand like Bajaj Electricals.
Kindly look into this & take measures to not to cheat customers again like this.
