Bajaj Electricals — twister mixer grinder

My mixer grinder is in complaint for last 2.5 months. Service engineer came 3 times and couldn't resolve. They have collected the charge and changed the carbon still not resolved. Now they are asking for motor change which is equilant to buy a new mixi. Now they are not ready to pick my phone also. This is my last option and i never expected such a bad customer service from a bajaj product. You can see in your record how many times i logged this complaint.
