[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — Water heater Geyser | |||
I bought a Bajaj Geyser about two months back, and the geyser has never worked for even one week continuously. I contacted customer care multiple times and they are not coming to fix it. They only come once in 15 days, and give excuses like, "your home is too far" "I can't come that early to that location" I called their area manager, Mr Ramamurthy([protected]) and even he said that neither can he send the person in time nor will he replace the product My name is Soham Ghosh, and the latest complaint number is BAN[protected]-1 After that complaint also I called then but they refuse to take another complaint.
