Bajaj Electronics — after pre-booking the product, store personnel's intimating the product is not available. | |||||
I am a. Phaninder, i have pre-booked the xiaomi redmi note 5 pro 4gb/64gb (Lake blue color) mobile by paying rs.2000/- on 10.03.2018 Receipt. No. 1220/17g/adv-238 in bajaj electronics - forum mall, Hyderabad. I have been contacting the store personnel twice a day. But, till now the store personnel is telling that the product which i Have pre-booked is not available and moreover telling that when the is Going to be available. The main reason why i am mailing this is i am going to other state. So, i have pre-booked the product because the store personnel have Told me that the product will be available between 15.03.2018 to 17.03.2018 because of this main reason i have booked. Now, its been 12 Days from the date of booking till now they are telling the same Reason that the product is not available. Was this information helpful? | |||||
