Bajaj Electronics — bajaj electronic cheating the customers | |||
I purchased an electronic item with 2 year extended warranty, within warranty period my item stopped working, so i log a complaint about the item, bajaj technician visit my home and replace the faulty electronic item, within just 2 hours my electronic item stop function and i log a complaint again about the fraud, and mail bajaj group manager and customer support care guys, but they not believing their employee can do this type of cheating with their customer (Bajaj customer or bajaj service holder). So, i decided to do an audit of my electronic item with a reputed company, so i log paid service complaint to sony service centers, they provided me a chargeable service at 240 inr and visit to my home and check my electronic item and told me the bajaj service center guys put a faulty and badly repaired items, i shocked, its mean they (Bajaj service center guys) replace electronic item with second hand, chor bazar type maal, my doubt became true. Same i told their managers, customer center guys your (Bajaj company) employee doing such fraud, please take a strick action against them. But from that day to today (Almost 3 months), they did not take any action to their employee and my electronic item still not working condition. They (Bajaj) egregiously supports their employee suspicious activities. They passing my issue one team to other team without any resolution. Baja company having their internal complaint mechanism from level 1 to level 5. My complaint no "oc[protected]", go through all the level but they are confusing to provide me a solution, because if they did any action on their employee they feared they expose other employees or managers also for their involvements in such activities. I regularly mailed them and called bajaj representatives in delhi and gurgaon locations, after i agree with bajaj representatives and give a chance to bajaj and do a visit my home and replace my faulty electronic item with the proof of guanine bill. I shocked again bajaj company employee demanding money again “500 inr for visiting charge”, this is ridiculous, they clearly show all the bajaj employee and manager they dealing with me all are corrupt and mentally harassing the customers who object and raised their suspicious activities. Now current scenario, i mailed their seniors regarding my issue “[protected]@bajajfinserv.in”, “[protected]@bajajfinserv.in”, “[protected]@bajajfinserv.in”, “[protected]@bajajfinserv.in” and customer support team they doing formalities with below reply: “ Thank you for writing to us at bajaj finserv. *, we have taken up the issue with concern team for rectification. Team will get in touch with you within 24-48 working hours. Alternatly you may contact directly on helpline no * ” I have a question with baja group “is there any limit for cheating?” Please beware (If you planning to buy a service or item from bajaj) to taking any insurance, loans, auto, electronic items or other service from bajaj, i suggest you should go with mnc, there is no “make in india” or “made in india”, such companies like bajaj aim only “make in money” and “made in money” and showoff with royal life, parties and royal marriages.
