Bajaj Electronics — geyser problem under warranty period

I have complained of geyser (Instant 3 li flora model) on 16/10/2018 with id - noi[protected]-1.

Technician came and noted the required parts but till now i have no acknowledgement regarding complaint and no remedy. I have made an other complaint today (22/10/2018) regarding same with complaint id - noi[protected]-1. Please see it at prefrence.
