Bajaj Electronics — Need to complain about the product delivery | |
Hello this is one of the customer. I have purchased samsung b4 side by side door refrigerator on 23 from nizampet bajaj electronics and the staff were very attentive to us till we did the payment. After the payment is done that's it all the staff who were very attentive giving all the information suddenly stopped giving further information even if we went and asked. They don't respond to calls or no proper response if we go to the store as the payment is done. They promised to deliver the product on 26 and today is 29 may till now i did not get the product. I am sorry that i have to mention the staff names as they don't even have commonsense to give proper response to customer who approach them i spoke to nishanth, sohab, srekanth some of the staff members who dont deserve to be in such bog store they are not giving the phone to his manager to speak about their behaviour. The worst part is after calling multiple times they said that the product is out of stock nonsense. I don't believe that bajaj electronics being such a big company says out of stock. If that is the case why do you need to open the store and say sale is on just to fool the public. I would suggest all the customers not to step in the "nizampet brach" of bajaj electronics. I have purchased panasonic LED before lockdown from bajaj electronics kompally.. ph: [protected], [protected] .. i received it on MAY 23rd 2020..they said we send the person to installation and fitting in 24 hrs..still they didn't send and not giving proper response...when we are calling them giving rude response on call...
