Bajaj Electronics — no response from bajaj electronics habsiguda branch for my defective refrigerator | |||
I have purchased a samsung refrigerator on 30th december 2017 and it was forcefully delivered on 1st jan 2018. It is having dents and plastic body was broken and it was identified by technician who came for installation. When i called contact person from bajaj showroom he is convincing technician to get it repaired by samsung for the defect item that bajaj delivered to me. On the same day, i went to respective branch and they said it will be exchanged and delivered with in 2days. But till now there is no response from them though if i went to showroom thrice. Today i. E. 7th january, they gave me auto driver contact number for my product delivery and when i called him at 8:30pm for delivery (Note that - driver didn't call me for delivery), he was drunk by that time and started talking all #. This is really irresponsible from bajaj electronics hubsiguda branch people and there is no proper response to the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
