I purchased an lg ac at your store situated at dilsukhnagar.
Your staff at the store and specially your store manager mr akhil has no sence in talking to customers.
He is asking customer to have knowledge about model numbers it seems and when asked about. He cheated us by providing us cost of higher model and made us purchase lower model.
Also used abused language with me on call and declined to talk to me.
I make sure that no one in my family or friends and people i know to visit your dilsukhnagar store.
Such a worst customer experience.
