I am Ravindra chary taken for Loan for Laptop.Loan No 400CDD22860226

I actually paid my EMI on time as per my records and bank records, now today I received one message from you about dishonor charges of Rs 400 outstanding
in your Loan No 400CDD22860226 and my Last EMI Date[protected]

I am totally confused about this massage. I never dishonor any EMI amount.
How to come this massage and there is no one call made from you about this kind of dishonor EMI.

Pls, give me satisfy explanation about this massage.
