Bajaj Finance — bajaj card permanent block with no reason

My loan account no 401dpf35717114 & bajaj emi card no xxxxxxxxxx1518 with the pending value of 350000
I buy one samsang mobile i paid my all emi with late charge no pending amount and they give me noc as well
But they block my emi card permanently i request to your plz unblock my card. I van used again send the solution.
