Bajaj Finance — Balance deduction

Hi team,
I am Rushikesh Bhalerao my Account number :[protected] NACH charges issue happen to me this is really frustrating and giving burden to the customer one if my loan emi schedule 02 Apr 2022
I have maintain balance to pay emi but my NACH charges deducted from my account
Nach_ad_rtn (₹590) two times without given any information
Why such event occured with me.

Please refund Rs.1180/- in my account as soon as possible
