Bajaj Finance — bank account not changed | |||
I have given application for change of my bank account well in time to bajaj finserve, ahmedabad office to the clerk at customer service desk along with mandate, id proof and cancelled check for bank details. The clerk has not given acknowledgement of the form submitted. I complained for the same for the matter but no response from bajaj till date. My complaint is as under - After use of emi card for online purchase from flipcart i approached your ahmedabad office for change of my bank account with your prescribed mandate form duly filled and signed with cancelled bank check with my id. Your clerk at the desk collected my documents and at that time i asked him for acknowledgement and he said that it was not necessary your request would be updated. Today i received sms from your company regarding deduction of my emi from my existing account which is closed and my details are not updated at your office. Now, i am 64 year old man has limited mobility to visit your office on and often only due to negligency of your desk clerk? Was this information helpful? | |||

My emi card details got changed. the address totally got changed and eventually my card got blocked.
