Dear Bajaj Team, This is to inform you that we have not applied for mobile insurance that we have purchased but your worker had applied the insurance on his own, although we are not interested in any type of insurance for the mobile we had purchased. We had telephonic conversation with bajaj finserv but they are not listening and just providing us new contact details to talk with, we had also visited bajaj office at NSP but they also didn't cancelled the insurance and asked to update the email id and mail our problem but our email id are also not updated we have also mailed before but the problem did not get solved we are receiving a lot of calls regarding this and are frustrated with all this now we are facing it all although we have not applies for it.
