Sir, I had purchased a 1 ton A.C. of make Daikin from Great Eastern Trading Ltd, BBD Bag, Kolkata-700001, through Bajaj Finance Ltd on 26.01.2019. At that time they had offered me 5% cashback on the purchase price, which was confirmed by them vide sms and verbally by their officials present at that time. Untill now, I have not yet received any cashback which they had promised to me. After sending them an enquiring email, they tried to mislead me over phone, by some technical jargon to avoid obligation on their part. Hence, I would request you to solve the matter so that I may receive my justified cashback which they promised.
