Bajaj Finance — does not informed about due last emi

I had loan against my motorcycle reg no dl9sak5779
All emi payed through bank but may be last emi was not deducted due to some problem that i don't khow

But after that bajaj finance did not informed me and naw after more than one year amount is aprox 6000 due to intrest on pending money

Also i don't know where to pay that amount and why to pay extra amount due to intrest

Please help if possible pareshaan ho gya hu
