Bajaj Finance — emi not deducted from our account and each employee who after stating complaint as well spoken rudely

Dear sir /mam,
I have already put the amount more than emi in account than also the amount was not deducted..that was of samsung tv emi.
i have lodge a complainet as well, the customer care person who called me i hav also informed him regarding the same he told there mightvme or is server issue, i told him to wright a complainet against it he told he will aftr tht 3 more calls came i told them to raise a complaint and they told ok they will
.. i cant understand why the hell are they talking rudely.the way of talking of 1momedian lady she told me" lene ka ni na and more abusing sentences she told me" not only her now only 1 more lady called me and more employess.
. just complaint or sue them otherwise i will case against each n every person who have spoken with me.i also have recording .i will as well post on twitter ans social media their recording that how bajaj people speak even though telling them that there was issue from. Their side.
Raise a compalinet that why emi was not deducted the date was 2nd of every month and money was deposited on 1st.. and 2nd main thing complaint of every person who have spoken rudely in very abbusing manner i will case agaist them if they have not solvedcmy problem ..because of bajaj issue my ami bkuncing charges hav been deducted 2500..i want my money back.or just solve my casee asap by this week only or else i will case against each n every person on social media as well.. n yess veryyyy thurdclass way of talking how bajaj people speak on call.. specially that farzana i guess. I want that momedian lady recording.a nd audit every person call .who all hav spoken with me n take action
