Bajaj Finance — extended warranty issued which was not purchased

I had purchased a camera on a bajaj finance emi as the shopkeeper insisted on a 0% interest. However after a few days i have recieved an extended warranty policy and a premium being charged for it. I called up the customer care and even wrote an email but no response. Why such forced selling and cheating?
They even said that it has been forwarded to the concerned team under issue no: 68005404 but no response thereafter

Pls could u help resolve as i am being charged premiums for things i never purchased

The same has been my case.

I bought a laptop way back in 2016. My EMIs are over now suddenly i received a call saying my insurance EMI are overdue.

I have ask them give me proof if they have send me any insurance copy. I have ask them to arrange a callback from their senior person so that I can speak to him. The response is Bizzare. They told me they cannot arrange a callback and they have ask to visit the bajaj branch and make the payment.

My question is why should I pay for something which I have never ask for or purchase.

I will take all the legal steps possible but I will never pay them. Better I will spend money for taking actions against such fraud company.

And the most bizaare thing is for insurance amount is 2000 something they have put late penalty of INR 11, 904.
