Bajaj Finance — incorrect loan processing | |||
I have purchased a phone from vivo v7 from vivo store in madhapur hyderabad which was finance by bajaj finance - lan400dpf61931102. At the time of purchase i have provided icici bank details including my cheque for loan amount however my details were not updated correctly and the the ecs was presented to hsbc account which is no more operational by me. I am now asked to pay the the charges. I have spoken to the area manager mr. Samba siva and he confirmed me that loan will get debited starting from next month, however i am still getting calls from bajaj finance to pay the charges and the loan amount due for this month. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest to avoid legal proceedings by consumer forum. Was this information helpful? | |||
