Bajaj Finance — order cancelled loan and emi running

It's a pathetic service from Bajaj finserve. No one cares about the request.

I'm keep on trying from August, every time I will get the same response, give us 1 week of time or couple of days to resolve your issue.

Dont know from where I have to put sue on them.

I purchased a mobile from flipkart on 10th july 18 and cancelled it on 11th july 18. As per flipkart the money refunded on 21st july 18.

As per Bajaj finserv, flipkart requested not to cancel the loan.
