Bajaj Finance — payment not received while interest and charges levied monthly

I had requested for balance transfer (20 lac) and top up (10 lac) in month of july 17 to bajaj finance. All the required documents were handed over to their executive and balance got transferred to lic housing finance (20 lac) in month of august mid. Bajaj finance team had said your top up amount will be disbursed along with the balance transfer, however i have received partial amount 5 lac in the next week from the balance transfer and for rest amount continue following up with them since that day, but still the status is same. On top of that, they are charging interest on whole amount (Balance transfer 20 lac and top up 10 lac approx. I tried to contact customer care to know the reason, then they said it will be reverse, you no need to worry. They had said contact with sales team to confirm the status. I am chasing them to get it done but no response, infect manager mr. Rajdeep hudda is not picking up the call.
