[Resolved] Bajaj Finance — Repayment schedule are not updated | |||
I have made a part payment of Rs.100000 on 3rd Nov 2014, but the SOA /Repayment schedule are not updated with the part payment details. Since I had very urgent requirement to go for another loan, I wanted to Pre-Close this loan. I have sent couple of emails to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and called your toll free number multiple times, but no one is responding. Also, the toll free number is not working. Brainless - call center you ask one and they replay on some thing else. No response from Grievance team. All you get is standard Automated replay for 24 to 48 hrs resolution time...
