Bajaj Finance — service issue regarding ac extended warranty | |||||
Hi Bajaj, I have taken 2 years extended warranty insurance from you of Carrier AC.and i have registered complain on 19th May 2018 (Complain No.- OC[protected]-[protected] regarding AC cooling and today is 5th June 2018. and problem still not resolved even i didn't get any call from your technicians. I am calling every day on your customer care number and they told me "our technician will contact you". i want to know what is the TAT to resolve a customer issue. your customer care executive said that is 48 working hours now you calculate by your self that how many hours have been passed from complaint date. Is this the your company policy that customer have to suffer after taking services from you. Please refund my money if your company cant fulfill your commitments or solve customer problems.because this is our hard core money which we have pay.its been 15 days and i m still facing the problem.
