Bajaj Finance — suspicious | |||
I'm sahayaraja George from pondicherry.. Regarding the educational loan I saw online Bajaj finance education loan.office situated at Ashok nagar Jaipur Rajastan . So I applied for it for my son. They asked for ID proof and pan card.. and I submitted them.. then they said my loan application has been approved and asked to pay 5500/-as registration fee and I paid it again they asked to pay rate. 20000/-as agreement amount.. that too I paid but again they askrd to pay rate. 32750/-as GST... actually there is no GST for education purpose.. so I didn't pay and I ask for refund of 25500/-which they refuse to refund.. As I have completed all my instalment, except the penalty, I have got a call form your executive twice so said him I would pay him by end of month but he was in the hurry. His language was very untorrable and as well he was using abusive word is this is the way to talk to the customer.
