[Resolved]  Bajaj Finance — TAGGING INSURANCE POLICY WITH THE EMI CARD WITHOUT CONSENT

Dear Sir/ Madam, I had taken 2 Consumer Loans from your esteemed Organization for purchasing Two Televisions.Both the accounts were closed and I have got the System generated NOC, for which I am thankful to your Company. At the time of paying my EMI's I was offered to take one Medi-claim Policy from your Company. In which the executive had given EMI facility for payment of Premium. I had cleared some installments also in that Policy. On November 2013 I had an urgency for Claim and I had contacted on all the Phone Nos given on the and found all the nos. are incorrect or changed. I had given a mail on that regard at that time but the same was ignored and I had stopped the payment to the Insurance Policy.In this month (November 2014) I had applied for a loan and found your Organization had TAGGED the Insurance Policy with my EMI Card as a Consumer Loan vide no. 410GIP00516037 and the same reflected as delinquent Account. After that the application of Personal Loan Was rejected, although I need the same on urgency.Now I have some questions to you and your Company1) How could a Company can tagged an Insurance Policy with the EMI Card of a Consumer without the Consumer's consent.2) After the first Complaint to your Organization how can the same ignored or unattended. 3) After the Complaint for including Insurance premium tagged with the EMI Card how can a Company continuing the ECS for next 3 or 4 months.4) How can a default in making payment can reflect in the CIBIL report.Please provide me the proper clarification in this regard within the next 7 days, else I have no other option than to go to the proper Forum.The snap shot of my CIBIL report is as under for your ready reference.', Regards, Kumar Ratnadip Majumdar[protected]
