Bajaj Finance — wrongly charged bouncing charges | |||
Hello My name is roopa shetty. And i had taken a loan for dr. Batras treatment... I wasn't very keen in taking the loan but people at dr. Batras highly recommended bajaj finance I m supposed to pay an emi of rs.1260, which is supposed to be directly debited to my hdfc ac. But ur customer care calls me nd tells me i have to pay 450₹ as bouncing charges... I don't understand what kind of fraudulent behaviour is this. I have cleared my dues via netbanking... It's my request to you to kindly look into the matter nd clear my overdue charges at the earliest... The cibil people had also called regarding the same. I m simply harassed for no fault of mine.
