Bajaj Finserv — Abusive language by collection staffs | |||||
Dear sir/ madam, With reference to my Consumer loan account no. 4150CD00084369 . I have 5 emi's outstanding for which I had not paid for 1 year. There was settlement offered to me of Rs.10000/- against total outstanding of Rs.15900/- on august 11th 2016 for which I have done the payment on the same day itself . I got a call from Bajaj Executive to my mother mobile number on 08th from number : [protected] for paying the Balance amount of Rs.5900/- and i told them i have already done the payment of Rs.10000/- as per the settlement letter issued by your team and i am ready to share the settlement letter to you if you want . Inspite of informing the same to your collection team they are harassing me a lot using abusive language at night also. Another thing I want to add here that they are also calling any member of society where I am residing, my relatives and friends. These all members are neither my references and guarantor. With them also your team is not professional and use abusive language. I told them am not able to make payment as I am Jobless at this moment . Still I am trying to close this, also I want to pay only the problem I need time as I don't have money. I clearly told to your team that take any action against me I am ready for that but do not call and harass others for that. I have mentioned the mobile numbers who called me and used abuse language. As I understand this is a very big Finance company and the way everything is handled is very BAD. Waiting for positive reply from your end. Thanks and regards, Sudheesh RR . im working as a teacher in a school to run my life. 23rd december your people name "charulatha advocate", number[protected] called to my school around 1pm and spoke about my personal loan threaten our school staff to connect call to authority... later I spoke with her and said I need pay 78000 (pending 43000) within 4 pm or else we will come with police to remand you.. and used some bad words .. immidiately i realized its a threatening call.and avoid her.. but she spoiled my name in my working place .. you peoples of bajaj playing with life of poor ladies.. God will teach u a lesson... if any thing happen to me you bajaj and the lady charulada only responsible.
