Bajaj Finserv — after close loan and noc, charges deducted from my account

From last 1 year i close my loan and take noc, and still u deduct charges from my account.
R u stupid or i go for legal forum consumer cell. I have noc for all my closed loan, still u deduct charges from my account i need refund in same account.
