Bajaj Finserv — automatic deduction for chatbot ecommerce

I am using bajaj emi card, but the company is now deducting a amount of rs 1159 for chatbox eccomerce which i have been never purchased, without my information they are giving me insurance this is illegal, when i talked to customer care then they told me that u have chosen the insurance and forcing me to accept that i will agree for the insurance, sir kindly help me this is a case of fraud by bajaj
