Hi, my name is savithramma customer id:31486278 i am exits bajaj finance customer. I had completed lone 3 loans But i come know that my emi card was blocked with out any prior notice. I find out this while i try to apply for next loan. I try to conduct customer care by call but got replay as my customer number and card number was wrong. I submitted a cancelled check leaf and nach form but i can't book phone through flipkart

bajaj finserve has provided policy no 465Ggip[protected] but after deducting fisrt emi dt 07.02.2019 amt 764.00 i do not have received any hard copy or soft copy in mail. please provide on urgent basis otherwise close policy on urgent basis.
