Bajaj Finserv — Bajaj Finserv charge for failed mandate txn bajaj finance

My sbi account has been charged 295rs twice on 20/09/2020 and 02/10/2020 by bajaj as "mandate fail charge txn" even though I haven't bought anything recently using my bajaj emi card and I don't have any active loans.

Both the times, they haven't even informed me anything regarding this charge even before or after I was charged. I want refund for both the charges or else give me a good reason for why I was charged twice without any prior notice.
