Bajaj Finserv — bajaj finserv emi amount still showing debited in my bajaj finserv account | |||
I had a transaction through Bajaj Finserv EMI Card for the Mobile phone MI A2 on PayTm Mall. My order Order No.- [protected] MI A2 4GB 64GB got cancelled by me next day before it got delievered and I got the Message showing : Refund successful! Rs.15887/- has been remitted through original payment mode. The PayTm has told me too many times that The seller has refunded Rs.15887/- on 16 Dec 18 to your BAJAJFINSERV card. As per standard banking procedures. But still the amount of Rs. 15887/- shows debited in my Bajaj Finesrv EMI card account. Bajaj Finserv Team has informed that they cannot cancel the transaction from here and I have to visit to the dealer or send a scan copy of letter head from dealer to cancel the transaction. How can I do these necessary steps when I have done online shopping through PayTm Mall. Its nearly impossible to do these steps. Please Bajaj team, do these necessary queries with PayTm seller at your own level and clear my debit balance for this cancelled item. My transaction ID[protected]. Kindly clear my dues.
