Hi, As you have mentioned, Point :- As if there is any outstanding pending more than a month then collection team will take a follow up for the payments. It means they can abusive & allow to offensive behavior with customer and Customer service head of BAJAFINSERV Company unable to take any action against them as today they have called & threatened to my family members. Also like to inform you there are so many complaint has been already register against BAJAJFINSERV LENDING company on consumer forum which is available on Consumer forum & Grhak seva websites but still company is continuing his operational malpractice from different collection agencies who threatening to the customers & spreading his GUNDARAJ. ALSO I have clearly mentioned my earlier mail that I will make the payment & explain the issue politely still these collection agents are harassing to me Name Sumit & Supriya from different Numbers-[protected]/[protected] & because they have called my office number and using inappropriate & abusive languages, threatening to my seniors because this issue I have lost my job without getting this month’s salary Now without getting salary how can I make the payment. According to this type of behavior due to loss of job I want compensation. Kindly Reply after If any action taken by you on this also would like to know the same. This is to inform you that even after you have given me the confirmation at the Level of Customer Experience Head (Grievance Desk) that collection call stopped but still one of the bajajfinserv collection executive Name Anees Shaikh &amp; Sumit – [protected] called to my one of the family member(Sandeep) on dated 16th Sept 2014 6:02:14pm &amp; use inappropriate word like “aapki shaadi hui hai kya”, “ Aaap apne biwi ko bhulte hai kya” when he warn him then he said “Mera naam batana “Anees shaikh” complaint karna koi kuch nahi karnene wala” with an rude argument which call is recorded as BajajFinServ Company continuous harassing to me &amp; my family member.

I’m still waiting for your revert on below mentioned concern:-

As I already mention in previous mail,

1. Because of your(Bajajfinserv Collection)executive harassment who have called up to my office number Name Sumit &amp; Supriya from different Numbers-[protected]/[protected] &amp; using inappropriate &amp; abusive languages, threatening to my seniors due to which I lost my faith &amp; my jobs without getting salary which cost me Rs.13, 471.

This total issue happened due to your collection agents harassments I need compensation for this as this is financial loss to me

2. This complaint against the executive still he is continuously harassing by phone call Number- [protected](this is the new number of bajajfinserv collection Gunda- Goregaon branch) to family member(To my brother on - [protected]) he called continuously on his number wherein he have my cell number which is register in your system, today he again visited to home when only lady person- my mother at home &amp; start doing drama that the last payment which I have made on dated 22/07/2014 not updated in system
I have recorded all these calls of harassment even on 25th July 2014 call recording my mother clearly said that she going through mental harassment which lead to medical treatment which coast Rs.4200.

Currently I’m not working &amp; I don’t have any source of income after giving compensation you can deduct amount of Rs.14, 000(Salary Lost)+ Rs.4200(Medical Treatment)= Total Rs.18, 200 from their itself &amp; remaining amount I can pay after 2 Months(In November 1st Week).

I have all conversation recorded with me and I’m going to send by post this written documented complaint letter to Department of Non-Banking Finance Companies, Branch office of Bajaj finserv which is located at Goregaon(E) &amp; Pune for an action.
