Bajaj Finserv — Branch not accepting cheque/cash before emi | |||
Today 3-1-2017 visited at kaushambi branch of yours to submit cheque against my emi which is held on 5th of jan as the relevant bank account is closed. But they refused to accept the cheque or cash before the emi date whereas the customer care said that you can deposit your cheque/cash at your nearest bajaj finserv branch. What kind of pathetic service the company, customer care and the branches are providing to their customers. Worst company i have ever seen. Was this information helpful? | |||
