[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — Cancellation of CPP Liv Assist and Max Health Insurance plan applied on Bajaj Finance personal loan | |
I recently took one personal loan from bajaj finance in loan account no. : 436PTTHH212867. To this loan account, they added a CPP Liv Assist insurance plan in policy no. IL3408191 and Max BUPA Health insurance plan in Policy no.[protected]. I received few sms i can able to cancel these plans within 15 days of start date I contacted CPP's and Bajaj's Customer care to cancel these two plans but i'm not getting any proper response. Sep 17, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved After multiple emails sent to Bajaj finance, finally they cancelled both insurance plans auto applied to my personal loan and adjusted that amount to my loan account. Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
