Good Evening Sir/Madam, I purchased one Laptop make Dell from Khosla Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Location-Kanchrapara Showroom. PIN-743145. The loan details are mention below. Loan No. 410CDD78096284 Loan financed against Laptop= 30500/- Rupees. EMI= 2542 * 8 months. After a few days of purchase, a call comes from their company for warranty extend purpose. Their staff was confusing me and signed me without any confirmation. I really don't want the extended warranty for extra two years. The Extend warranty loan details are mention below. Loan No. 410CTB79912568. Loan financed against 2 years extend warranty = 4, 066/- Rupees. EMI= 581 * 8 months. Please cancel this warranty. I have not paid any EMI for this extra warranty. Please consider my request and cancel the extended warranty.So that I can pay only the EMI amount for Laptop. My next EMI is on 2nd September, 2018. Please help asap.
