[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — card got blocked | |||||
Hi team, My name is sandesh. I am totally get disappointed and frustrated with bajaj finserve customer care and their pathetic ivr never get connected. I have made all the payment against cd loan. One payment got bounce and immediately they blocked/suspended my card however, after a couple of day i made the payment including bounce charges but no resolutions. I have tried multiple time reaching their pathetic customer care but no use and after a day i dropped an email in regards to my card block i have got reply from customer care after 48 hrs stated your card will suspended until 45 days.in the last 2 years i was making payment and never delayed but because of a single payment card got blocked.
