[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — card related | |||
Hello, I hold an emi card from bajaj finserv with limit of rs 150000/-. My experia id is 20199517. I had applied this card from a rural area. Now i shifted to an urban area and want to use it in urban area but my card is denied everywhere explaining that my card is rural card and can't be used in urban area. I requested many times customer care of bajajfinserv regarding the same and asking them over and over again for a resolution to get an urban card. Due to this reason my card is also not acceptable for online purchase. Whenever i i get an answer from bajajfinserv is that your card is a rural card, and you can't use it online and in urban area. I would like to suggest bajajfinserv, instead of giving only negative answers they should understand the thing we'd should be able to provide resolution instead of giving excuses.
