Bajajfinserv — mobile number updated without my request/consent | |||
I am an existing bajaj finserv customer and yesterday 22.01.2020 i received a call from customer care executive that i have qualified for a loan of rs 1, 00, 000/- and will provide a link for confirmation through mail. The same day i received that link and applied for loan. However today 23.01.2020 i received an email stating that my mobile number has been updated. However i have not requested for any updation of my mobile number. No customer service number is available to solve my query. Otp is required for changing mobile number in portal also. As my mobile number has been updated to an unknown number i am not able to received otp also. This is really cheating the customers. Atleast they will provide customer support. I got 4999/- deducted as credit vidya fees in my loan disbursing amount. Neither I was informed about this nor I want this. Places look into the matter
