[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — cust id_[protected]abusing word using by your recovery agent-[protected] | |||
Dear Team, I had taken a personal loan from your company and continue to paid the emi regular from starting.But due to job change i was suffer from financial problem but it does'nt means that i will not paid the interest or principal amount.I had already mail to bajaj mail id from my registered mail that i already joined the new company and my salary will release from april.I had also applied my PF withdrawal and this amount will also comes within week or 10days.Than i will paid the total balance emi with interest at your branch office. But your recovery agent is not able to understand my problem and now a days she and he is using abusing word with me like-chutiya/haramzada and many words which i cant even to write on mail.I am very much harrased with the talk with your recovery agent specially name "ASHA"(Cell No:-[protected]) and some man(Cell no.:-[protected]).They are now talking with my father cell also and talking the same abusing word with him. Is there is your process to harrased the customer.I am saying that i will paid the balance amount as soon as possible than they can't understand.This is my written communication that if these things happens again to my any relative i will make FIR against them and send to you. That doesn't means that i will not pay...i will pay but kindly ask the recovery agent to talk like a gentle man otherwise i have no option to lodge an FIR. Was this information helpful? | |||
Mar 29, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Company didn't take any action as i mail yesterday but todays again calling are recieved from recovery agent and same words is saying that -"applog chutiya ho company ka paisa mar kar baithe ho sharm nahi aati hai...tumhare sare relative ko phone karungi aur karti rahungi jab tak tum paisa jama nahi karte ho..tumko sidha jail mein jana hoga, tumka bahut mahna par jayega...jab mera aadmi ayega to tumko ghar se bahar nikalkar tumhara hisab hoga...and many more.
The phone no.through which i call recieved is :-7669385679(Name ASHA) and the number:-8506948003 (Man using but didn't disclose the name)
I always tell her/him that this time my financial condition is not good as i have just join in a company and my salary or any advance will be released very soon than i will pay the total emi with interest but they cant able to understand and abusing word are using, .
Now from last few days they call my father cell no.-9431461132 and same harrased word is used.Due to this my father who is 75 yrs age is in very depression and tension.If anything happen to my father than who will be responsible.I many times tell them to call me but they also called to my father.
Request to pls take action so that they will realise the situation.And most of the fact is due till date is only 35K which i mail to bajan company that i will pay. Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
