Bajaj Finserv — Debiting amount multiple times from account.

We have got a new refrigerator through bajaj emi. It is our responsibility to pay our monthly emi without delay and we stick to it no matter what. This month, even though i had sufficient amount in my account to go for an emi.. Finance people played a game in the name of "auto debit check" and debited 590rs from my account more than 4 times in the name of check bounce, saying i was not having sufficient amount in my account. Fine... After three days i got a call from bajaj agent saying i didn't pay my emi this month and to repay it. I told the agent multiple times that i had sufficient amount in my account why didn't you people cut that and he just told "madam check bounce" woww what kind of a trap is it.. Fine then he didn't leave until i pay my emi.. Of that and it was fine for me because i got a product and it was my duty to pay. Hence, i paid the amount required. After two days, again 2335rs was debited from my account by bajaj finserv for emi and then again 590rs in the name of check bounce. Ufff, i then tried calling their customer service i didn't not get the satisfactory answer. Then i called the bajaj agent whom i paid money he said, "madam this is auto debit check and it continues to cut 590rs and i can't help it... But i can put for refund of amount rs. 2335 that has been debited and i will give the manager number you talk to him mam." i tried calling the manager, he picked the call talked with a low voice as he has lost hope in his life with so much of attitude and said i am on a holiday. So in total more than 7 thousands has been debited from my account in the name of emi and so called "check bounce" for that stupid refrigerator... Today i got a call from bajaj customer care and asked me to pay penalty for paying my emi late, i was like whatttt. Now "bajaj emi" who is going to pay my money we believed in your service and this is what you people gave us. This pandemic we are all going through a lot specially a middle class people like us we are going through pay cuts, salary cuts, rent, household expenses and what not. Bajaj emi or bajaj finserv is this the way you treat your customers after your purpose is served??? Is this the way company makes its profit by trapping the customers like this... I am "requesting" to refund the number of amount which has been debited from my account. So bajaj finserv please be kind to people, please have some humanity, please build some ethical rules, and help in eachothers growth anddd not this type of a game.. This pandemic let's support eachother and build the country's progress. Hope i will get the satisfactory reply and refund from "bajaj finserv."
