Bajaj Finserv — debiting unnecessary charges after loan fully paid | |
I was a customer of bajaj finserv, I took a personal loan with ID- 425PST26882215, which was fully paid on 05/09/2019, on 02/10/2019 an ecs was debited of ₹1705 with BAJAJ_AUTO_CD, and I sent a mail to you regarding this, no response was given to me and on 07/09/2019 the amount of ₹ 413 with NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG-BAJAJFIN, I have sent several mails to the customer support, they don’t care to acknowledge my complaints, No help from customer support, My NOC was also not given to me, I AM ENCLOSING THE SCREENSHOTS OF THE STATEMENTS, NO PRIOR NOTICE WAS GIVEN TO ME BEFORE DEBITING MY MONEY, MY OTHER CHEQUES WERE BOUNCED BECAUSE OF YOUR IRRATIONAL BEHAVIOUR WITH YOUR CUSTOMER, I WANT MY MONEY BACK ON MY ACCOUNT WITH AN EXPLANATION OF HOW AND WHY YOU PEOPLE DEBIT OUR MONEY LIKE IT’S YOURS, IF I DON’T GET A RESPONSE FROM HERE, I WILL TAKE A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOUR COMPANY If you’re looking for a loan, never take loan from BAJAJ FINSERV, they will ruin your credit score by unnecessary ecs debits and with worse customer support.
