Sir..
Iam bajaj finserv customer mob no [protected]. I paid advance payment for my loan on 28.10.2019 via bajaj app. But they charge penalty for late due my card also blocked.. I went to bajaj finserv chittoor branch they told advance payment taken on 10th of the month i[censored] pay after 10th that amount counted for another month not this month thats why we charge penalty 450+295+295 from bank... They not told when i register taken loan from them about advance payment...in bajaj finserve chittoor branch customer manager behavier not good his behaviour roodly he call security and said throw out him this is not good behaviour... Please solve my problem as soon as possible...
