[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — did insurance without my acknowledgement | |||||
I bought a smart phone with bajaj finsev emi plan. Everything was good on that day but one thing that i just hate and want to resolve asap. They told me after all processes and documentations that my emi will be of 1650/- rs. On 2nd of next month for seven months on my first emi they deduct 1650/- as they told me but on second emi they deduct 1959/- rs. And as i put only 1800/- rs. As my emi 1650/- to be deduct on that day but i got message from my bank that cheque is bounced and they charged me of 295/- rs. Of bounce charges after i tried to find the reason and i got to know that they insured my phone worth 1800/- rs. Without telling me and after bounced i charged 450/- to bajaj too so ultimately i charged of rs. 1000/- without any reason they did insurance even after my "no" to insurance. I wrote to bajaj already and they told me to reply me soon withing to working days but now its been a week and there is no response from them at all. Was this information helpful? | |||||
